Robinson Meats is a multi-award-winning, family-run butcher that has served the capital for more than three decades. Over the years they’ve grown from a local shop into a fully Bord Bia-approved facility - yet they still know every farmer on a first-name basis. 

As our primary beef supplier for over 25 years, Robinson Meats plays a key role in delivering the authentic Eddie Rocket’s burger experience. Their master butchers prepare and mince fresh Irish beef daily, using select cuts to achieve the ideal fat-to-lean ratio—based on our original 1989 burger patty recipe. 

The result? High-quality burger patties, freshly made every morning and delivered straight to our diners across Ireland the same day.
