Rocket Rewards FAQs

  • Download the Eddie Rocket’s Official App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, then sign up and agree to participate.

  • The new Rocket Rewards programme isn’t supported by the old "Eddie Rocket’s City Diner" app. Both apps run concurrently until all diners switch over. 

  • Rewards include Cosmic, Stellar, and Galactic tiers—each offering free food. Extras must be paid for separately.

  • Earn 1 point for every €9+ spent (excluding alcohol) in a single transaction. Collect 3 points for a Cosmic, 6 for a Stellar, and 10 for a Galactic—then the count resets. Orders via Deliveroo, JustEat, or UberEats do not count.

  • Open the REWARDS tab in the app to view your point balance and Rocket Rewards. 

  • Points never expire, but Rocket Rewards expire 12 months from issuance. Unused rewards are then removed. 

  • Personalized offers not tied to points, available for a limited time. You can redeem one Flash or Rocket Reward per day. 

  • Rewards can only be used at participating Eddie Rocket’s locations (in-store, collection, or delivery). A current list is available on their site. 

  • Show your in-app QR code in the REWARDS tab; or provide your phone number. At kiosks, scan the QR. You must be logged in. 

  • They collect your date of birth to send you a birthday treat!

  • No — your points and rewards are tied to your account and are non-transferable. However, you can invite friends to sign up via your referral link.

  •  Alcoholic drinks and third-party delivery orders (Deliveroo, JustEat, UberEats) are excluded; other purchases count.

  • No worries! Log in on your new phone and your account info will be there.

  • Make sure your app is updated. Enable auto-updates via the AppStore or Play Store.

  • Use the "Forgot Password" option in the PROFILE tab → LOGIN ribbon; reset arrives within ~2–3 minutes.
